Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For U.S. orders, expect 1-3 days for processing and 3-7 days for transit.

🚫 Please note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 3 days. Be sure to check the email address you used at checkout.

Q: What is my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be sent to your email 2-3 days after placing your order. If you haven’t received it after 4 days, contact us for assistance.

Q: I’ve lost my tracking number. What can I do?

A: No worries! Email us at support@leorisa.com with your full name and mailing address, and we’ll resend your tracking number.

Q: How can I make changes to my order?

A: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to update:

Your phone number

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can return items up to 45 days after purchase for a refund or exchange.

Q: Who do I contact if there’s something wrong with my order?

A: If there’s an issue with your order, let us know right away! Email support@leorisa.com with a description of the problem and any available photos. We’ll make it right!
